Story
Travelling through time, a rich, self-educated scientist from 1932 comes to believe that the ills of the future world are caused by superheroes and attempts to stop them. He efforts come to nothing, however, and having been defeated by the League in the 1960's he escapes to the present of the 1980's before disappearing with plans to return.
