The form above and this address are the same inbox, and I read it myself. Keeping it to writing rather than a phone number is deliberate: it keeps everything about your order in one place where I can find it, which matters more than speed when the question is about a book that has already shipped.

Do not send a return to this address without emailing me first. I'll tell you where it should go, and a parcel that arrives unannounced is one I cannot match to an order. What qualifies and who pays the postage are in the refund policy.
What to include
If you're asking about a specific book, the issue number and the link to its page is enough for me to find it. For a question about an order, the order number is the fastest route.
- Questions about condition or grading on a specific book
- A photo of a specific copy. Books from $5 up I'm happy to photograph on request; the Ask for a photo link on a book page fills in which book for you
- Order status, or cancelling before it ships. With an account you can also ask to cancel from Your orders
- A book that arrived damaged, or is not what the listing described. Send photographs with the first email and I can start straight away
- Anything about your data or your account
What I can't help with
I don't buy or sell other people's collections, and I don't offer appraisals or valuations. This is my own collection being listed, not a dealership.
