Stock photoThis is a stock scan of the issue, so it shows what the comic looks like rather than this exact copy. Books under $5 are sold on my word: the grade is my honest read of this copy, and anything I spot is written in. If a photo would make the difference, ask and I will do what I can. Story
Matt Murdock is meeting with one of his clients, who happens to have been Frank Castle's partner. He now knows that Castle is loose, and that he's tracking down everyone involved with the murder of his family. It seems that Frank was the only straight cop in a crooked division, and he reported them all to internal affairs. That didn't sit well with the ringleader, who ordered a hit on Castle and Castle only. The hitman botched the job, killing Castle's family, but not Castle himself. Frank healed physically, but broke mentally, and now he's on the hunt.
