Story
Green Lantern is called to Oa, and asked to bring Chip with him. It seems that his judgement is in question, and it's up to Hal to prove that he's still capable of making the decisions a man with his power and responsbility is forced to make. Meanwhile, the aliens he once helped negotiate a peace treaty make clear their dissatisfaction with the result.
