Story
Many forces in the universe prepare for a confrontation with the mad titan, Thanos. Possessing the power of the Infinity Gauntlet, he has gained godlike powers. Galactus is one who readies himself to try his strength against Thanos, but for that he needs sustenance. Complicating matters, Thanos has spirited away the one planet he'd been shown that would provide the energy he required. Dispatching Nova, his herald, to search out a new world he prepares to feed. But in a recent encounter with the Silver Surfer, Nova learned exactly what her service to Galactus meant, and that each world he consumes has just as much potential as her own home.
