Story
"... And They Shall Crush the Headmen" - The Omega Men arrive, intent on helping Hal Jordan defeat the Headmen. None involved realize that the Guardians of the Universe have managed to work out a treaty with the Citadel, and that the sides involved have different levels of support than first believed. "Storm Brother" - Harvid gets a visit by a character from his past. They begin their battle anew, but the dam behind them as broken, and they are forced to take action.
