Story

Arisia is having a hard time on Daxam, which is reverting to its xenophobic ways. Mongul is building Korugar as the new base of the fear-weilding yellow Corps. Meanwhile, the other Green Lanterns are unaware of both situations, as their attentions are taken up entirely by the flood of black rings swarming Oa and its morgue.
