Stock photoThis is a stock scan of the issue, so it shows what the comic looks like rather than this exact copy. Books under $5 are sold on my word: the grade is my honest read of this copy, and anything I spot is written in. If a photo would make the difference, ask and I will do what I can. Story
Main story: Daredevil foils a bank robbery on the way to court, though private property is damaged in the process. He wins his current court case against wrongful dismissal, but soon ends up being asked to sue Daredevil for property damage caused. The odd thing is, Matt knows Daredevil didn't do what he's being sued for. Back story: "My Brother's Keeper" - Spider-Man and Daredevil share some good-natured ribbing, but are definitely there for each other when things get hairy.
