Stock photoThis is a stock scan of the issue, so it shows what the comic looks like rather than this exact copy. Books under $5 are sold on my word: the grade is my honest read of this copy, and anything I spot is written in. If a photo would make the difference, ask and I will do what I can. Story
Conflict continues as the DC Universe gathers to mourn the passing of The Flash, Bart Allen. As the Teen Titans eulogize their partner, many different groups look on. Among them, Donna Troy, Jason Todd, and the Monitor of New Earth pay their respects against the Monitor's better judgement. The funeral is also attended by The Pied Piper, and The Trickster. These two Rogues attend at great personal risk, despite the fact that neither assisted the other Rogues in delivering the killing blows. But as they hurry to exit the ceremony, they find that someone else has taken a keen interest in them.
