Story
"Embedded, Part Ten" - Ms. Marvel tells Sally Floyd that the registration forces understand there's a traitor and who it is, but will not say. Musing about what Stark is up to, she realizes something. Ben Urich has also reached a conclusion, and knows the Daily Bugle can't publish his story - so he resigns. Jonah reluctantly accepts this, but isn't happy to lose a top reporter. Then they meet during the final battle of the Civil War, compare notes, and understand the truth behind the Civil War... "The Accused, Part Ten" - Robbie Baldwin meets the man who shot him and explains one of the terms for him registering is that man's freedom. Then he dismisses Reed Richards, burns his Speedball costume, and meets a costume designer who has made a suit line inside with spikes, a suit that could only be used for torture. A suit, he says, for someone Robbie must hate very much. It is, Robbie tells him. It's for Robbie's own new identity, Penance.
