Story
Ralph Dibny's journey through the afterlife, and tutoring in the rules of magic have lead him to the entity with the most direct connection to the afterlife: The Spectre. Host-less and impotent following the Crisis, the Spectre agrees to return Sue Dibny to Ralph if he will perform a simple service of vengeance.Skeets confronts Waverider in his search for Rip Hunter.Richard Dragon has begun training Renee Montoya as he once trained the Question... but the real question is... why? While the training continues, Tot is studying the Intergang Bible of Crime that they retrieved in Khandaq.
